Context
A financial services organisation running Microsoft 365 wanted to raise its security baseline without disrupting a busy front office. Identity controls were inconsistent, and the security team was drowning in low-value alerts.
Approach
We baselined the Entra ID posture, designed risk-based Conditional Access, and rolled it out in stages so legitimate work kept flowing. Privileged access moved to just-in-time through PIM, and Defender alerts were tuned to surface real threats.
